Shevchenko battled Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina demonstrated her slashing skills by knocking out Nievera with knees. Antonina's UFC contract was extended after this win. Antonina received a UFC contract following her win. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight following her first bout by a unanimous decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the loss, defeating Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler through rear-naked-choke submission. She was awarded the fight-of-the-night bonus. Shevchenko was 1-2 over her subsequent three bouts. She defeated Ariane Lipski and lost to Katlyn Chokagian as well as Andrea Lee. Antonina was defeated by Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO during UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
