Antonina Shevchenko is an Kyrgyzstani Muay-Thai fighter from Peru, and mixed martial arts artist fighting for in the UFC at the flyweight division,, is in Kyrgyzstani. She is older than her fellow UFC fighter and former UFC Flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko. Antonina Shevchenko's career in combat sports started with her debut as an Muay Thai competitor. Shevchenko debuted on the IFMA World Championship Tournament in 2003. Shevchenko took the title after which she defeated Suzane Mller by unanimous vote. Antonina Shevchenko won an additional medal in the year 2007 and a bronze medal in 2008, a gold in 2011, and was crowned in the position of IFMA Amateur World MuayThai Champion in the year 2016. Antonia has started her professional career in 2003, was crowned in 2012 and 2016 the Lion Fight Lightweight Championships. It was also the WMC World Championships were staged in 2016, and she was crowned the 2016 IFMA Amateur Muay Thailand World Champion. Shevchenko won against Anissa via unanimous decision before prevailing over Valerie Domergue at Phoenix FC 4. In 2018, she left the contest and started participating in Dana White's Contender Series. Shevchenko battled Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina demonstrated her slashing skills by knocking out Nievera with knees. Antonina's UFC contract was extended after this win. Antonina received a UFC contract following her win. Shevchenko beat Roxanne Modafferi by a split-decision fight following her first bout by a unanimous decision. Antonina was able to bounce back from the loss, defeating Lucie Pudilova on UFC on ESPN Covington against Lawler through rear-naked-choke submission. She was awarded the fight-of-the-night bonus. Shevchenko was 1-2 over her subsequent three bouts. She defeated Ariane Lipski and lost to Katlyn Chokagian as well as Andrea Lee. Antonina was defeated by Casey O'Neill by second-round TKO during UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
