Aurora Aksnes, born June 15th of 1997 in Stavanger and known professionally as Aurora often stylized in uppercase in the form of AURORA is an Norwegian singer and songwriter. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15, 2015, it received a raving review from both music bloggers as well as the media. She has recorded several high-profile cover songs, including Half the World Away (by the band Oasis) to accompany John Lewis' Christmas advert and Nature Boy (by Nat King Cole) that have been widely praised.
